Ranking amongst the world's busiest air facilities, Seoul Incheon International Airport (ICN) is served by many domestic and international airlines. This airport comes with quite an accolade, being voted as the 'best' in the entire world for many years in a row.

The facilities here are certainly extensive and comprehensive, ranging from a spa and golf course, to a museum, ice skating rink and gardens. In terms of overall international passenger throughput, ICN comfortably sits within Asia's top-ten busiest. At the heart of the complex is the Control Tower, which presides over the three runways and stands at a height of just over 100 metres / 328 feet.

The main terminal is quite simply enormous and has long been the biggest in South Korea, and one of the world's largest. There are just over 40 boarding gates in total, along with some 50 inspection points for customs officials and more than 100 passport desks.

The new concourse opened in the spring of 2008 and is linked to the main terminal via underground walkways. There are around 30 gates in the concourse, as well as five airline lounges.
